Order Cancellations

It is possible to cancel your order for non-branded Bar-its before they are dispatched. Order cancellations must be made by emailing customer care customercare@bar-it.co.uk, quoting your order number within 24 hours of the order being made.

Note: This is applicable to orders that are waiting to be dispatched.

If however your order has already dispatched, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Return or exchange an item

In the unfortunate event that you need to return any products to us, please be rest assured that we have a simple process provided to ensure that your queries are dealt with promptly and accordingly.

How to return your product
Please contact us if you wish to return your non-branded purchased Bar-its order.

We recommend that you use an insured courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery as we do not accept liability for any products that are lost or damaged during transit.

We will email you upon receipt of the product. If we have not emailed you then please assume that the product has not arrived with us and contact your postal service providers.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us.

Receiving a Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,please contact us.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping charges where appropriate.

Please note:

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
